OOOPS

OK,  so I knew I wouldn't remember to blog everyday, but I only missed a couple days,  not as bad as forgetting to blog in all of 2010.   Baby steps.   Yesterday was fun, until I started getting muscle spasms.  We took both of the Girl Scout troops to the State Museum for a tour.  We were on our own from 1 to 2 with our scavenger hunt sheets in hand... then at 2 the older girl, whom I was with, got a guided tour through the 12,000 years of Maine exhibit.   It was very informative and fun.   I had to sit a lot, but I managed to walk the whole museum and tour.   The fourth floor exhibit, a look at life through the decades, was very cool,  the kids enjoyed seeing a 40s kitchen and a living room set up as though it was the 60s,  black and white TV and all.   The little kids got to do rubbings of ancient stone engravings; they had fun with that.  Unfortunately,  while waiting for the groups to reemerge from their activities,  my stomach and back muscles decided to start cramping.  Nothing like a charlie horse in your gut, rib cage and back.   I finally got them under control and took kids home....   Breanna came to our house for a visit with T,  A went with the older scouts out to eat and for a night of sleepless fun at Doris'.

Once at home, the cramping was not gone,  I call the Dr. and got a prescription for Flexeril...  thank God for Flexeril...  cramping stopped.  We had lasagna for supper,  a Stouffer's...  it was different than it used to be,  soupier  :(     but yummier too...  :)    strange...  it didn't get all hard and overcooked on the sides,  but it didn't hold together at all,  could have served it with a ladle.    It was yummy though.   After supper Scott took both kids over to my cousin's house for a sleepover.   YEAH   no kids...  too bad I was too tired and medicated to go out and enjoy it!

Today I truly expected to be unconscious all day, Flexeril used to do that to me, but I wasn't...  I woke up at a decent hour, for me.

And so my day continues...   maybe I will remember to blog about it sometime....
